Introduction: Marvel Cosmic Invasion hides four bonus heroes behind its campaign. Each appears as a boss in a specific mission, and beating that mission adds them to your roster for Arcade mode. Here is exactly where to find each one.

How Unlocks Work
Each hidden character is the boss of a campaign mission. Defeat that mission and the hero unlocks — after which they become available in Arcade mode. You do not need anything special beyond clearing the right stage.

Timeline & Tips
Phoenix is the earliest hidden hero you can grab, on the Blue Area of the Moon. Playing the campaign normally, you will pick up all four within roughly 3–4 hours. Silver Surfer is the last, gated behind Fort Galactus near the end of the campaign.
