This is the foundation of the legendary "Hog 2.6" archetype! Hog Rider is your win condition - fast, reliable tower damage. Low-cost cards let you cycle back to Hog quickly while maintaining strong defense. This deck remains viable all the way to top ladder!

How to Play

  • Opening: Cycle cheap cards (Spear Goblins, Archers) to test opponent's deck
  • Hog Pushes: Send Hog when opponent is low on elixir or after defending
  • Valkyrie Tank: Use Valkyrie to tank for Hog or clear swarms on defense
  • Cannon Placement: Central Cannon pulls tanks. Master the 3-3-2 placement (3 tiles from river)
  • Spell Discipline: Fireball troops + tower for value. Arrows for swarms only
  • Fast Cycling: In double elixir, cycle Hog constantly. They can't keep up!
Pro Tip: This deck has a HIGH skill ceiling. It seems simple but takes practice to master timing and placement. Stick with it!

Why This Deck Works

P.E.K.K.A demolishes tanks and has massive HP. Combined with Prince's charge and Witch's spawns, this creates overwhelming pushes. Once P.E.K.K.A crosses the bridge with support, it's nearly impossible to stop in Arena 4.

How to Play

  • Defend First: Use P.E.K.K.A to defend their push, then counter-push same lane
  • Building Pushes: Place P.E.K.K.A in back during double elixir. Add Witch, Prince, Baby Dragon behind
  • Protect P.E.K.K.A: She's weak to swarms. Arrows and Baby Dragon clear them
  • Prince Charge: Let Prince charge ahead to clear defenders, P.E.K.K.A tanks behind
  • Patience: This is a late-game deck. Defend until double elixir, then overwhelm
Pro Tip: P.E.K.K.A costs 7 elixir - never place her when below 8 elixir or you can't defend opposite lane!

Why This Deck Works

Golem is THE beatdown tank - 8 elixir of pure HP. He slowly walks forward while you build an army behind him. Once he crosses the bridge with Witch + Baby Dragon support, nothing survives. His death damage and Golemites provide even more value.

How to Play

  • Early Game: Defend with Tombstone and Mini P.E.K.K.A. DON'T play Golem yet!
  • Double Elixir: Place Golem in back corner. Build massive push with all troops
  • Support Order: Witch behind Golem (spawns skeletons), Baby Dragon for splash, Musketeer for range
  • Ignore Their Push: If they rush opposite lane, ignore it! Your Golem push will take tower first
  • Spell Support: Fireball their defenders when Golem reaches tower
Pro Tip: NEVER place Golem first in single elixir unless you're 10 elixir. You'll be rushed and lose instantly!

Arena 4 Key Strategy

Beatdown vs Cycle - Understanding Archetypes

  • Beatdown: Expensive decks (4.0+ avg). Build huge pushes in double elixir. P.E.K.K.A and Golem decks
  • Cycle: Cheap decks (3.0 or less). Constant pressure, fast win condition cycling. Hog Rider decks
  • Control: Mid-range (3.3-3.8). Defend then counter-push. Balanced approach

Countering New Threats

  • vs P.E.K.K.A: Swarm units (Skeleton Army), kiting with low HP troops, air troops she can't hit
  • vs Hog Rider: Buildings in center (Cannon, Tesla, Tombstone). Never let Hog Rider get free hits
  • vs Golem: Rush opposite lane HARD. Golem player can't defend. Win race
  • vs Valkyrie: Range troops. She only hits melee. Air troops dominate her
